Me Fest Reimagined

I Am Me Inc. is reimagining how we celebrate Me Fest! Me Fest is our annual pride and inclusivity festival for the LGBTQ+ and Ally communities, typically held in August with a rain date in September or October. This year marks our 4th annual festival, and we’ve decided to make some exciting changes to create a more welcoming and secure space that truly reflects the I Am Me family spirit.

Our first big change is the new location: Me Fest will be hosted at Thousand Acre Farms, a safe and private venue with both indoor and outdoor options. This means the event will no longer be open to the public, and all attendees must RSVP to ensure a safe and secure experience for everyone. Given the current climate under the new administration, we felt it was best to make this adjustment and provide a space where our community can truly feel safe.

In addition to the location change, we’re making Me Fest even more family-friendly! Our kids’ corner (sponsored by Intersections of Pride) will be expanded with more activities and fun, while adults can enjoy a mini bar, Ally-specific raffles, and our fun rainbow attire contest. Of course, we’ll still have all the beloved Me Fest features like live entertainment, delicious food, and amazing vendors.

This year, we’re also adding something really special: group ceremonies, including weddings and commitment ceremonies. It’s going to be an unforgettable celebration of love, inclusivity, and community! We’d like to thank Dr. Keonna Watson for officiating at Me Fest.

To keep up with all the exciting updates, RSVP, and get the latest information about entertainment, activities, and changes, be sure to download our mobile app and click on the Me Fest tab for details.

We can’t wait to see you there!
